ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES TO PREPARE THE TOWN CENTER
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS WITH ASSOCIATED ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT – CIVIC
SOLUTIONS
Recommendation: That the Agency approve the Revised
Professional
Agreement between the Agency and Civic Solutions for preparation
Center PD (Planned Development) zoning regulations, supporting
graphics, and associated environmental documents project,
per the
Schedule (Exhibit “A”) attached to the original
Professional Services Agreement.
The contract would be for a not-to-exceed amount of $300,182.00.
