Redevelopment Agency to Vote on Real
Estate Services Agreement To
Manage Acquisitions, Eminent Domain and Relocation

The Yorba Linda Redevelopment Agency (City Council) will
vote whether to accept staff recommendation to authorized
the Executive Director (Tammy Gates), to enter into a one-year
agreement with Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc. [ web
link ] not to exceed $100,000.00 per year.
This is important so they can secure the necessary real
estate in order to continue with the implementation of the
Town Center Plan and to pursue affordable housing opportunities.
